The rocketing number of Chinese tourists coming to Viet Nam in the first
half of the year was putting pressure on the tourism industry, said the
authority in charge yesterday, days after several Chinese tour guides
were found working illegally in the country.
The French Embassy in Viet Nam has signed an agreement to partner with
six Vietnamese travel agents in setting up a convenient process for
issuing visas to their customers.
